These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the ReceiptsApps mobile application for iOS ("App") provided by ReceiptsApps ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms and our App Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
The App is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under these Terms. Your license to the App is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable as permitted by law and these Terms.
Your use of the App is also subject to the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA") made available by Apple, except where Apple's Standard EULA is replaced or supplemented by custom terms in App Store Connect (if applicable). Apple is not responsible for the App or its content, maintenance, or support obligations, except as required by Apple. You acknowledge that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings after purchase.
You can restore previous purchases from Settings (Restore Purchases) and from the paywall when offered.

Subscriptions on iOS are processed by Apple via StoreKit. Subscription status and entitlements may be managed with the help of RevenueCat. We do not process in-app subscription card payments on iOS.
The App is for creating and managing receipts for your own legitimate business records, internal documentation, or lawful design and presentation mockups. You must not use the App to create false or misleading receipts for fraud, deception, chargebacks, refunds, tax evasion, or any unlawful purpose. You must not upload or use third-party logos, trademarks, or branding without authorization. You must not scrape, reverse engineer, or abuse our services, APIs, or infrastructure.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or your account, or refuse service, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created risk or possible legal exposure for us or others, or where we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable and permitted by law, we may provide notice. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law) will survive.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR FIFTY US DOLLARS (USD $50), EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW.
ReceiptsApps is a software tool. We do not provide accounting, tax, legal, or compliance advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of generated receipts complies with applicable laws.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ReceiptsApps and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the App, your content, or your violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are effective as of May 13, 2026. We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by law.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
